WE UNDERSTAND YOUR VACUUM REQUIREMENTS
BPA carry an extensive stock of new vacuum pumps for almost every application. In addition to our standard stock ranges we can also supply Atex certified and other more specialised pumps on the shortest lead times. We also have available, subject to availability, rebuilt and ex-demo vacuum pumps at heavily discounted prices. If you have a new or unusual application we can usually offer pumps on a free trial and evaluation basis to prove their suitability. As always our advice if free and impartial – why not call us.
VACUUM PUMP SYSTEMS
Sometimes you need more than just a standalone pump. BPA's experienced engineers build and install bespoke systems from small one-off pump sets through to large turn-key centralised systems. Working in close cooperation with the customer to ensure a perfect match of application and equipment, BPA handle the entire project in-house from initial concept through manufacture and installation, to commissioning and aftersales support.

A trusted reliable source of spares is an essential resource for any one running production machinery. BPA stock the widest range of spares and consumables for most manufacturers pumps, available off the shelf for next day or even same day delivery
VACUUM PUMP ACCESSORIES
Quite often you already have a pump or blower, but need to maximise its performance. BPA supply a full range of filters, valves, separators, hoses and fittings – mostly ex-stock – to ensure you get the best from your machine.
FILTERS
Installed in the vacuum line (or at the blower inlet) to protect the pump from damage due to the ingress of solids. Standard units are fitted with a paper cartridge but other filter media are available to suit specific applications.
VALVES
Isolating valves: ball, gate and butterfly valves in sizes from 1/8 " to 6" from stock. Larger sizes are available to order.Pressure / vacuum relief and regulating valves: Primarily to protect certain types of pump from damage due to overwork, these valves can also be used to regulate vacuum or pressure to the process or application. Sizes from ¼" to 2" ex-stock
GUAGES
Stainless steel case, bourden tube type gauges, available in rear or bottom entry design. Standard or glycerine filled to dampen pulsation, normal range 0 to -1 bar g. Absolute pressure gauges 0-25 and 0-50 mbar abs. Non standard, digital or special gauges are available to order. 'G' suffix denotes glycerine filled.
HOSES AND CONNECTORS
Reinforced vacuum hose suitable for general industrial applications. Supplied in 10m or 30m coils, or cut to length. ½" to 3" ID ex-stock, together with a range of connectors and adaptors.
